Jam Time has been eagerly awaiting the day when we can welcome families back through our doors. We are excited to announce that we have re-opened our facility for private playtime and small group classes in compliance with the local, state and national regulations. We have worked diligently during the closure of our studios due to COVID-19 to update our already rigorous sanitation and safety standards.

WHAT JAM TIME IS COMMITTED TO:

At this time we are only offering private playtime for 1 family at a time with no more than 10 people total (kids and adults) per booking. We are also offering backyard classes, private classes at Jam Time and small group classes at Jam Time.

Enhanced cleaning procedures including 15 minutes between each reservation to deep clean our playspace.

Meeting or exceeding all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene. All disinfectants used in the studio are verified to ensure they meet the EPA's criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Employee temperature screenings at the start of their shift to guarantee a temperature of 100.4 or lower (in accordance with CDC recommendations).

All staff members will wear a mask.

WHAT WE ARE REQUESTING CLIENTS TO COMMIT TO:

Temperature check via a touchless thermometer prior to entering the playfloor (Clients with a temperature of 100.4 or higher must reschedule their reservation with no late cancel fee or penalty).

Affirmation that you aren't sick or haven't been around anyone that has been sick.

All adults must wear a face mask while at Jam Time. Masks are encouraged for kids 2 and over although they are not mandated while playing.

Enjoy and have fun during your private use of our facility or during class!

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR NEXT VISIT TO JAM TIME:

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled playtime time. Upon arrival, you will be asked to to check in and sign our release form which you will be able to access on your phone or you can use our sanitized check-in tablet. You are welcome to have up to 10 people total (kids and adults combined) for your private playtime. Each caregiver will be required to sign our release form.

All adults must wear a mask and masks are encouraged for children over the age of 2, however they are not required on children. All Jam Time staff will be wearing a mask. Socks are required for everyone at Jam Time (kids and adults). We sell both masks and socks if needed.

All members of your group will have a touch-less temperature check and must sanitize their hands before entering Jam Time. We have hand sanitizer throughout Jam Time and bathrooms with soap and water. We encourage frequent hand washing. All Jam Time staff will take a a temperature check upon their arrival and will be washing their hands frequently.

Our playfloor will have been cleaned before your arrival and we will sanitize high traffic areas and play equipment throughout your visit as kids leave a play area and move onto the next play area. Our playfloor has been modified to ensure we can wipes down individual toys and we have temporarily removed the ball pit. Our staff will practice social distancing during your stay.

We will alert you when there is 5 minutes left of your playtime so that your child(ren) have time to choose 1 last activity. At the end of your 75 minutes of playtime, we will have you wash or sanitize your hands before leaving. Our staff will then clean and sanitize the playfloor before the next family comes in, so we do ask that when your time is up, you head to our reception area to put on your shoes before departure. If no one is scheduled for playtime after you, you can extend your time for $15 for each 15 minutes of playtime.

If you or a member of your group is not feeling well or has been around someone who is sick, we ask that you please stay home and we will happily reschedule your playtime to a different day. Once booked, playtime is non-refundable after 24 hours of booking, however we will reschedule playtime to any future date with no penalty.
